Rotoscope
The following lesson taught us about rotoscoping which allows for an element to be isolated from a video and placed in a different environment. As daunting as it sounds it is just as much effort as using the pen tool (unless you have a clear video that can pick up the isolation) you have to select the moving object/person and follow the movement path each frame at a time (you would be surprised how much movement occurs in just one frame). After successfully isolating after painstaking hours I then created the background which was more animated since I just wanted to make a weird animation where I'm going 'Oh my god! where the heck am I?!'
